About us

We are Wesley and Lisa, and together we created Surya Body Bliss. What began as a shared interest in bodywork and conscious living has grown into a way of working that feels truly natural to us.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience, we’ve learned to listen closely to what each body needs. Our approach is calm, attentive, and intuitive, no two sessions are the same, as each treatment is guided by the moment.
Along the way, we’ve followed various trainings around the world. Most recently, we completed a two-year study in Remedial Massage Therapy in Australia, deepening our understanding of the body and how it moves, holds tension, and restores balance. We also trained in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 200-hour Ayurvedic Health Adviser course.
More than anything, we care about creating a space where you can slow down, feel at ease, and reconnect with yourself.
Looking ahead, we hold a vision of creating a place where people can truly slow down and reconnect. A space with beautiful, simple dwellings, surrounded by nature, where community, creativity, and self-awareness come together.
We imagine a place where there is room for art, gardens, healing, and meaningful connection—where people support one another, grow together, and live with respect for themselves, each other, and the natural world.

Our massage sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body and release physical and emotional tension. Through intuitive and therapeutic touch, we support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Each treatment creates space for deep relaxation, awareness, and renewed energy, allowing your body to soften, heal, and return to its natural flow.
Yoga
Our yoga sessions invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, yoga becomes a pathway to greater body awareness and inner calm.
Rather than striving or performing, we focus on presence — creating a space where you can explore your body, quiet the mind, and nurture your inner balance.
Retreats
Our retreats offer a deeper journey into rest, reflection, and personal growth. Hosted at carefully selected peaceful locations, these immersive experiences combine yoga, massage, meditation, and conscious practices.
